At Industrie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Industrie tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
